I would like to place an order for a JIP. product. I am wondering what the delivery time is.

At principle, there’s a shipping time of three to five working days. If a product delivery, for any reason, should take longer, you will be contacted as soon as possible with an explanation and alternatives.

What is the amount of the shipping costs?

You’re paying 5,00 euros to have your order shipped abroad. For orders of 60 euros or more, there is no delivery charge.

To which countries do you ship?

Anywhere 🙂

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, that’s possible! If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within one week of the date on the receipt. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

My product has been damaged during shipping and receiving, what now?

How annoying that your product is damaged! Of course you are entitled to a new product. If you send an email to info@gewoonjip.nl this will be resolved as soon as possible, within three days of the damaged product receipt date.

Do the products prices on the online shop include VAT?

Yes! All prices include VAT, but exclude the cost of shipping. These are added as soon as you put the product into the cart.

Can I use the texts and the image of JIP.?

No, unfortunately that is not quite so simple. All editions of Gewoon JIP., both off and online are protected by copyright and image rights. The texts, illustrations and images of Gewoon JIP. and her team are copyrighted and owned by the entrepreneur. If you want to use one of the texts or images, then it is often possible, but please contact us first via info@gewoonjip.nl.

I have a business and am interested in collaborating or using JIP., is that possible?
